Want to loose weight without any effort? Here's how:
  1. Always get enough sleep. Never sleep late and always wake up early in the morning. People who don't have a habit to sleeping early and waking up early will likely have greater chances of being fat.
  2. Always drink 7-8 glasses of water. It not only keeps you full but also helps in flushing out impurities from the body.
  3. Eat food rich in antioxidant. It will increase your metabolism and boost your immunity.
  4. Avoid white food. Any thing that is white are rich in carbohydrate. If you don't burn those carbs then access carbs with store in your body especially in the belly in form of fat. 
  5. Eat small sized meals 6 times a day. It will keep your metabolism high which burns more fat.
  6. Always listen to your body. When you can't take another bite leave it! 
  7. Walk some distance, it the easiest exercise which don't need any effort. It you don't have time walk while you talk, take the stair instead of the elevator, park the car away from your office.
  8. Always motivate yourself in loosing weight. Many people give up in the middle due to lack of motivation. Make a wise of wearing a smaller sized jeans or clothes you couldn't wear, read articles of successful of who lost weight. These can motivate you in loosing weight.
  9. Become a fruitarian. It contains natural healthy sugar and unhealthy fat.
  10. Eat food containing fiber. It will keep your appetite at bay.
  11. Eat low calorie food by reading the labels printed on the package.
  12. Always eat a variety of food to satisfy your appetite. Don't depend on a single food like chocolates or rice.
  13. Eat noodles as it is low in calories a keeps your belly full.
