Sleep is important to everyone. It is the time when our body take rest fro our day to day activities and rejuvenates ourself for the next day. Sleep plays a vital role in health and fitness of our body. If w don't acquire adequate sleep our body's immune system decrease and can't perform activities well.




Here are 5 easy steps to get proper sleep .


1.Wear a pair of socks.
   Wearing a pair in bed can increase your chances for better sleep. As we sleep our body's temperature regulating system distributes heat from the core to every part of the body. And having cold feet upsets the release of melanin, a hormone related to proper sleep-wake cycle.







2.Mild before bed.
   Milk before bed can ensure a better time spent in bed. researchers have found out that    a protein in the white stuff improves both your quality of sleep and alertness the following  day.Plus you get an extra dose of calcium.



  
 3.Turn on the fan.
    Turning on a bedside fan while you sleep helps block outside noises like road repairs or your neighbors stereo. So, turn on the fan and goodbye noises.




4.Lights off.
   Why sleep with lights on ? It will only disturb your sleep. Researchers also found that sleep after watching or reading in bright light can affect your sleep. Plus sleeping in a dark room automatically signals your drain its time to sleep.




 5.Avoid caffeine before bed.
   Caffeine in a drug which increase concentration and focus in the brain which is not required for sleep. The caffeines effect can las up to 10 to 12 hours after drinking. so try taking caffeine in the morning only and not on other time
