food. Have some of these natural supplement snacks before a workout to fuel your body.







For Cardio And Sprint.
1 handful of dried fruits, 2 tbsp peanut butter. 2 slices of cheese(60g)
Total: 452 calories, 35g carbs, 25g fat, 35g carbs




For Heavy Lifting.
2 or 3 large pieces of chicken, 1 handful of dried fruits, 1 small handful of nuts(20 nuts)
Total: 523 calories, 46g carbs, 28g fat, 26g protein




For Weight Circuits.
Small handful of almonds(20 nuts), 2 tbsp of cottage cheese, 1 handful of pineapple chunks
Total: 449 calories, 32g carbs, 23g fat, 31g protein
