  Want to shed those kilos without feeling deprived? Stock up your refrigerator with these food which will help burn fat faster than ever.


1.Milk.
    Milk contain calcium which acts as a metabolic trigger. It is also a rich source of complex carbohydrates, which can boost your metabolism by helping your insulin levels stay low after a meal. And low insulin levels are desirable - high insulin levels are the signal to your body to hang onto fat.




2.Yoghurt
   The probiotics(good bacteria and yeast ) found in yoghurt's may help in weight loss.Obesity problem might be an imbalance between the good and bad bacteria in the gut.




3.Wholegrain cereals.
   Whole grains are rich source of  complex carbs and fiber both necessary to boost  metabolism by keeping insulin levels low after a meal. Since increase in insulin causes increase in appetite, eating food that lower insulin controls your appetite.




4.Chilli
   Chilli - based dishes can help loose weight.The ingredient capsaicin - the hot stuff found in chillies help to suppress appetite. So have some spicy chillies with your meals in the morning.

   Green tea contain  catechins, an antioxidant that helps in boosting metabolism and fat burning. It also has a chemical called EGCG that causes the brain and nervous system to run faster and helps you burn more calories.




6.Coffee
   Coffee contains caffeine, which helps speed up your heart rate and thus helps you burn more calories. Of course the calories in sugar can negate the benefits of coffee so try adding skim milk and keep sweeteners at bay.






7.Chicken
   Chickens are high in metabolism-boosting protein. Danish researchers found that men who subbed protein for one fifth of their daily carbs increased the number of calories they burned each day by up to five percent, AOL Health reports.





8.Pork
   Pork is an excellent source of protein. The more protein you consume, the harder your body has to work to digest it. But be smart about pork consumption, and keep it lean, AOL recommends. Eat pork chops grilled and seasoned rather than ribs slathered with barbecue sauce.




9.Popcorn
   Switch chips and other snacks with popcorns. without added sugar or butter you can get a great savoury snack low in calories. A 25g portion contain 100kcal - the same as 20 roasted peanuts, 28 grapes or a medium sized banana.



10.Fish
   Fish are high in essential omega-3 fats, which helps to satisfy and control appetite. So have some fish in your meals once or twice a week.








11.Water
     Water could be your quickest way to weight loss. You might think of thirst for hunger so drink a belly full of water and see if the feeling of hunger subsides. You could be dehydrated rather than ravenous.




12.Soup
