Shape Like a -'V'

What is a better shaped body than a V-shaped body. I mean the broad wide shoulders, wide lats and a slim waist. The perfect body. Want to get it, then follow this simple moves to build your chest, shoulder, lats and back to impress the girls and get envied by boys.

1.Bench Press for the chest.
Lie an a flat bench. Using an overhead, shoulder-width grip. Hold a barbell above your sternum, lower it, pause and press back up.
(Note: Always keep your elbows tucked to form a 45 degree angle to your body when lifting the barbell down.)

2.Chin Up for the lats.
Hang from a bar with shoulder-width grip and with your underhand pull your chest until it touches the chest. Once it touches pause for a second and slowly pull back down.
(Note: If chin ups are hard, try a pull-down machine instead with an under hand grip)

3.Barbell Row for the upper back.
Grab a barbell with overhand grip, below the chest with shoulder width grip. Keep your back straight, hips and knees bent and lower your torso almost parallel to the floor. Let the barbell hang and pull it towards your upper abs. Pause and lower the bar.
(Note: To avoid injury to don't try to hold the bar against your chest and don't try to return the bar slowly to the  floor.)

4.Seated dumbbell shoulder press for bigger shoulders.
Sit on a bench with two dumbbells on each hand. Then with your torso upright hold the dumbbells just outside the shoulders with palms facing each other. Lift the weights till the arms are straight and slowly lower them to starting point.
(Note: Do this move with a partner or an instructor as the weights can get imbalanced as you lift it)
